Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be swooning with your purchase. Kindly contact us within 7 days of purchase, and let us know the reason for the return or exchange. We will not accept any returns or exchanges shipped back to us without prior consent:
Returns & Exchanges Policies
- If we made an error (wrong item, size, color) or in the unlikely event there is a defect, we will offer you an exchange, with free shipping, or a refund if the item is no longer available. We must receive the return before we can issue an exchange or refund.
- We will gladly accept an exchange or a refund on full price in-stock and made-to-order items. However, if the item has been customized (ie. lengthened, shortened, etc), the sale is final. Please make sure to check sizing carefully, and please feel free to contact us about any questions with size, color, fit, etc. before you make your purchase.
- We will gladly accept an exchange on a SALE or PROMO CODE in-stock or made-to-order items that have not been customized. Refunds cannot be made on SALE or PROMO CODE items.
- Any refunds issued will be done so in the same manner that payment was made (minus shipping charges).
- Shipping costs on refunds and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Process
In the case a return or exchange is accepted:
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped: unworn, unwashed, and suitable for re-sale.
- All returns and exchanges must be received by Kelly Lane within 10 days of delivery.
- Our shipping envelopes have a double adhesive strip and are reusable. Please use our envelope to return your items. If for some reason you have already recycled the envelope, please return your item in a secure and waterproof envelope, or a box with the enclosed item in a waterproof bag.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service to return or exchange your item.
