When taking your measurements, please make sure to keep a natural, relaxed posture. The tape measure should be kept somewhat loose, and not pulled so that it squeezes your body. Please note: this is a guide. Most of our garments are made with knit fabrics, and have more stretch than indicated below. Please do not hesitate to contact us about any size or fit questions.
